What you'll need:
1 wide bowl
1 large bath towel
3 to 4 cups of hot water
1 to 2 tablespoons of our Jasmine Green Tea Facial Steam
Step 1: Boil Water (easy enough!)
Step 2: Mix
Mix 1‑2 tablespoon of Jasmine Green Tea Facial Steam into a wide bowl. Fill it up with 3‑4 cups of hot water.
Step 3: Steam
Place the towel over your head and shoulder over the steaming bowl ‑ creating a tent to trap in the warmth. Breathe in and out. You can steam between 5‑10 mins.
Wellness Tip: Play your favorite meditation music or guided session to unplug; bringing balance and momentary peace.
Extra Care: Clay Mask
