Do It Naturally: 3 Easy Steps to Clearer Pores + Glowing Skin

Posted by Team Selia on

Give your pores and skin some extra love, naturally and sustainably.

The warmth of facial steaming opens up your pores and helps keep your skin clear by purging impurities. This boost of blood flow nourishes your skin and delivers oxygen. The result is a natural, healthy glow.

It's super simple and takes 3 easy steps!

What you'll need:
1 wide bowl
1 large bath towel
3 to 4 cups of hot water
1 to 2 tablespoons of our Jasmine Green Tea Facial Steam

Step 1: Boil Water (easy enough!)

Step 2: Mix

Mix 1‑2 tablespoon of Jasmine Green Tea Facial Steam into a wide bowl. Fill it up with 3‑4 cups of hot water.

Step 3: Steam

Place the towel over your head and shoulder over the steaming bowl ‑ creating a tent to trap in the warmth. Breathe in and out. You can steam between 5‑10 mins.

Wellness Tip: Play your favorite meditation music or guided session to unplug; bringing balance and momentary peace.

Extra Care: Clay Mask

A clay mask is the perfect follow‑up to a steamed face. The warmth had opened your pores and loosened the sebum on your skin. Masking is a deeper cleanse to remove impurities and prep your skin to better absorb skin care products.
